Delete your account

You can delete your AgriLens.AI account and personal data at any time — from inside the app, or by asking us. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Choose the method that suits you — the in-app option is the fastest.

01 Delete it yourself in the app

The quickest way is directly in the AgriLens.AI app:

  1. Open the AgriLens.AI app and sign in.
  2. Open the menu from the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the menu.
  4. Read the confirmation and tap Delete account to confirm.

Your account is removed straight away and you're signed out.

If you can't access the app, fill in the form below and we'll delete your account for you. Give us the email or mobile number on your account so we can verify it's you — we may ask one or two follow-up questions before we act. Requests are completed within 30 days.

03 What gets deleted

What is removed depends on the kind of account you have:

Personal accounts (you signed up yourself)

Everything is erased

Your profile (name, email, phone number and profile photo), your sign-in credentials, and all of the grain-grading reports and images you created are permanently deleted from our systems.

Organisation accounts (you were invited by a company)

Your personal data is removed; the organisation's records stay

Your profile and sign-in are removed, so you can no longer access the app and your personal details are erased. The grain-grading reports you created remain part of your organisation's records — the reports belong to them for their business and compliance needs — and are no longer linked to your name (they show as "Deleted User").

04 What may be retained

After deletion we may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or in a form that no longer identifies you (for example, aggregate counts). For organisation accounts, the reports you produced are retained by your organisation as described above. Backups are purged on our normal rotation.
